How It Works

Our Direct-to-Garment (DTG) digital printer uses ink jet technology to print full color graphics on cotton garments directly from a computer. It is cost-effective for small orders because little set up is required. The water-based inks are heat cured so the prints are as durable as traditional screen prints but have a softer hand.

Other advantages of our DTG printer are it's high quality graphics and short lead time. It's 600 dpi output is more detailed than screen printing, and the graphics are very consistent from shirt to shirt. With no screens to set up, lead time is just a day or two, with same day delivery possible in some cases.

Graphics can be brought in on a cd or thumb drive, or attached to an email. Lettering can be set up, or added to a photograph for no extra charge.

Pricing:

1-6 pieces: $16.95 (includes white tee (size S - XL) printed in one location)

6-11 or more pieces: $14.95 (includes white tee (size S - XL) printed in one location)

12 or more pieces: $12.95 (includes white tee (size S - XL) printed in one location)

Add $6.00 for second print location.

Add $2.00 for size 2XL, $3.00 for size 3XL.

Quilters

Quilters may supply their own squares. Fabric should be all cotton, new, not washed. White is best, but natural will also work for many graphics. Fabric should be cut into individual pieces which are larger than final size. Cut to final size after printing. Bring in an extra piece, just in case. We consider all supplied fabrics to be experimental & make no guarantees. $16.95 per print.

Supplying Your Own Garment

If you want to print something other than a white cotton t-shirt, you may bring in your own garment. Items should be all cotton, new, not washed. White is best, but natural will also work for many graphics. We consider all supplied garments to be experimental & make no guarantees. You assume the risk associated with custom printing, we do not replace your garments if the print doesn't come out right. $16.95 per print.
