We create or complete graphics for customers every day. You do not need finished artwork to have shirts printed. Bring us your ideas, and whatever graphics you have, and we’ll work out your design with you. Our staff artist will complete your design while we order your blank shirts and email it to you for approval.

The following guidelines are for customers who are working with artists, or creating their own designs.

• Deliver artwork with, or shortly before or after you place your order for shirts.
• Files should be submitted at the size of the actual print, but the size of the print should also be specified in writing.
• Pantone Matching System (PMS) colors are best for specifying the print colors.
• Files can be emailed, or delivered on CD, DVD, Zip Disk or floppy disk.

Preferred Art Formats are native files from
• Adobe Illustrator® Please outline all text before sending. Give us a call, or send an email, we can help!
• Adobe Photoshop® 200-300 dpi. Retain layers when possible.

Other Acceptable Formats
• EPS
• PDF (PDF files from non-graphics applications may not work)
• Corel Draw® graphics must be saved as generic EPS files before they are sent to us.
• Macromedia Freehand® Please convert all text to paths before sending. Give us a call, or send an email, we can help!
• JPG files can be sent so customer service can view your graphics while discussing them with you. Most JPG files are too low in resolution to be used for printing, however, without incurring an artwork charge. Do not decrease JPG compression. Recommended compression should be set at 10 or the High Quality level.

Maximum & Typical Print Dimensions
• Left chest typical size is 3.5” wide.
• Left chest on a pocket - 3” wide by 3 1/2” high. Most pocket shirts are printed just above the pocket.
• Sleeves - 3” wide, up to 15" high.
• Legs - 3” wide, up to 15" high.

Press Checks
Most jobs are completed successfully without press checks. When necessary, we work with our customers to schedule press checks at times when they are available at an hour’s notice. Minimizing our down time enables us to perform press checks at no charge to our customers.
