Screen Printing
is usually the most economical choice for applying your logo to t-shirts & sweatshirts. Our experienced printers, equipped with up-to-date technology, produce bright prints with excellent detail & the softest possible hand.

Phthalate-Free Inks
We are replacing our plastisol inks with Wilflex Epic inks, which do not contain phthalates. If you are ordering youth sizes, or would prefer we print with Epic inks for any other reason during the transition period, please request Epic inks when you place your order.

Pricing
Quantity ordered and the number of colors and locations printed determine your screen printing price.
This means:
• More colors = higher price.
• Larger orders = lower price. Check out Digital Printing for one shirt, or just a few.
• Each print location, front, back, sleeve etc, is priced separately.
• The brand, style & color of the shirt also affect the price.

Price Quotes

Set Up
Our per piece prices include set up, so it's easy to know what your price per shirt really is.

Artwork
Let us be your own personal art department! We can work with a sketch, or even just an idea.
This means:
• Our staff artist will complete your design while we order your blank shirts and email it to you for approval.

If you are working with your own artist:
• Digital files can be submitted by email, cd or thumb drive in many formats.
• Eps, pdf, tif, ai & psd are the best formats.
• Jpg & gif files are usually not clear enough to be usable.
• Use the Art Guidelines link for more information on preparing digital files.

Color Matching, Color Changes, Press Checks
We match Pantone C colors when you can't find the right stock color. Perfect matches are not guaranteed. Color matching costs $9.95 per color.

Press checks are not generally necessary unless it's necessary to approve a color match or the print location. There is no charge for press checks scheduled in advance for the day of printing. If you would like a press check, please request it when you place your order.

Maximum Print Size
• 17" wide X 19" high for print runs up to 100 pieces.
• 15" wide X 18" high for print runs of 100 pieces and up.
• Max height on hoodies, due to the muff pocket, is 10".
• Adult size prints fit on all brands of youth t-shirts down to size medium, 10 - 12.
• Adult size prints fit on Gildan youth t-shirts down to size S, 6 - 8.

Garments
Our customers generally purchase their blank garments from Triangle Graphics. Our prices are competitive. Online and printed catalogs are available.

Customers supply their own garments in some circumstances. A team wanting a particular brand of jersey, or a business wanting to put their own logo on shirts provided by one of their suppliers are examples.

Customers supplying their own garments assume the risk which is normal for commercial screen printing. This may or may not include operator error, depending on the circumstances. Garments which cannot be spot cleaned will not be replaced.
